Main Purpose of the Preferred Admin Role
The Preferred Admin role at REVOLVE is a full-time position designed to act as the point of contact and catalyst for preferred inventory processing. The incumbent will work 40+ hours per week, with overtime assignments as needed. This role is initially temporary for the first 60 days, after which it becomes a permanent addition to the staff.
Major Responsibilities
- Using internal consoles to update inventory/order data.
- Reconcile discrepancies and inquiries from internal teams relating to preferred processing.
- Communicate with internal leadership on daily processing and backlogs.

- Strong performance in a team environment.
- Punctuality and adherence to a schedule (8AM-4:30PM).
- A willingness to work out of multiple local facilities on a daily basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Adequate English written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to work on feet and carry loads up to 25 pounds.
- Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends if needed.
- Basic data entry skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in order fulfillment or inventory control.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
