Compensation
The expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The salary range applies to candidates located within the United States.

Responsibilities
Lead a multidisciplinary team on medium and large projects.
Provide preliminary analysis and development of engineering drawings for energy solutions.
Work with solutions sales teams and potential customers to help qualify customer needs and potential energy solutions.
Performing design improvements primarily to support upgrades and efficient solutions in conjunction with client needs.
Providing engineering cost estimates and bid proposals.
Managing project timeline commitments to customers and ensuring long-term client relationships.
Qualifications
- Senior level experience in one or more of the following disciplines to lead a multidisciplinary team of subject matter experts: Power Systems, Mechanical HVAC Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Prefabricated Structures, IT Infrastructure
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of progressive work experience preferred
- Licensed as (or eligible for licensing as) a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with a recognized association of professional engineers
- 3+ years of Design Engineering
- Senior-level experience leading a multidisciplinary team on medium- to large-scale projects
- Experience working independently and covering the responsibilities of project engineering and technical expert
- Experience with project engineering proposals, project development and customer presentations
- Experience in the development of technical documents and drawings, in the preparation of material estimates for bids, in preparing requests for quotations and material purchase requisitions and in the technical evaluation of vendor offers
Training Requirements
This position will require you to complete (and keep up to date) the following training courses:
- Health, Safety and Environment Orientation (with refresh training required annually)
- Quality Management System
- Customer Project Process (CPP) and Document Control System
- National Electrical Code/Canadian Electrical Code
- Schneider Electric Electrical Standards
