Predictive Analytics Analyst Sr.

The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

You will independently apply advanced actuarial, statistical, and predictive analytics methodologies to develop and maintain insurance pricing models, evaluate profitability, and support strategic business decisions.

Partners with leaders across the organization to analyze emerging risks, improve pricing strategies, support rate filings, and deliver data-driven insights that promote profitable growth.

Attributes We Seek

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field required
• Three (3) years of relevant insurance/analytical/actuarial experience, especially pricing, preferred
• Strong analytical, quantitative, statistical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience extracting, cleansing, validating, and analyzing large insurance datasets
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Excel, SQL (Azure EDW), Python, BI tools, and related software
• Experience with Workers’ Compensation, Commercial General Liability, commercial package, or Excess & Surplus (E&S) lines
• Experience with predictive models such as generalized linear models (GLMs), machine learning, and/or predictive modeling software (such as Akur8)
• Experience with ratemaking and rate adequacy techniques (indications, loss/premium trend, on-leveling, dislocation, impact analysis, scenario testing)
• Experience in leveraging AI and company approved analytical tools (such as Copilot, Claude, Akur8, Python) to improve modeling accuracy, automate workflows, increase operational efficiency, and enhance decision-making
