Check for any boilerplate: we removed company overview? The instructions: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company overview is not boilerplate? It's descriptive about the company. Might be considered okay to keep? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive but maybe not required for the job posting? It's about the company. Could be considered part of About the role? Might be okay to include but we already have a lot. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including company overview could be another section About the company. But we didn't have a heading for that. Could we incorporate into About the role? It's not about the role. Might be better to omit as it's not directly about the role. However, the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we omit company overview, we are losing substantive info. But maybe it's considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO etc. It's about the company. Might be considered relevant. However, the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Adding another section may be okay. But we need to decide.
Given typical job postings, company overview is often included but not required for the role. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Could add a section "About LPL" or "Company Overview". But we only allowed headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings if we have content for those sections. It doesn't forbid other headings, but likely they expect only those. Safer to stick to those. The company overview could be folded into About the role? It's not exactly about the role but we could add a paragraph after About the role describing the company. That would still be substantive and not a separate heading. That preserves info without extra heading. So we can add a paragraph after About the role describing LPL. That keeps all info.
Thus after About the role paragraph, add another paragraph about LPL.
