Preconstruction Manager

The role is responsible for overseeing project execution in accordance with company standards and client expectations. This includes managing teams, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
• Manage project teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet project goals.
• Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
