About the role
The role is responsible for overseeing project execution in accordance with company standards and client expectations. This includes managing teams, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project execution and ensure adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Manage project teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and meet project goals.
- Prepare and present project reports to management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and compliance regulations.
- Understanding of construction processes and materials.
