Precision Medicine Data Lead

What You'll Do

• Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
• Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine initiatives and clinical decision support
• Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and engineering teams to ensure data quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment
• Evaluate and improve how AI models handle healthcare and genomic data — ensuring scientific accuracy, clinical relevance, and real-world applicability

Who You Are

• Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
• Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex scientific data into meaningful insights
• Skilled at working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
• Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable operating at the frontier of healthcare data science
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently in a remote, async environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
• Familiarity with AI training workflows or large language model (LLM) evaluation
• Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical informatics
• Experience with regulatory frameworks relevant to healthcare data (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
