About the Role

What if your expertise in genomic and clinical data could directly shape how AI understands human health — and ultimately help power the next generation of personalized medicine?

We're looking for a Precision Medicine Data Lead to bring deep domain knowledge to cutting-edge AI training projects. You'll work at the intersection of healthcare data, advanced analytics, and AI development — guiding how complex biological and clinical datasets are structured, evaluated, and transformed into meaningful insights.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for experienced professionals in genomics, life sciences, or clinical data. No prior AI background needed — your scientific and data expertise is what matters.

What You'll Do

  • Design, evaluate, and optimize approaches for integrating genomic, clinical, and biomarker data into unified analytics frameworks
  • Lead analytical strategies that convert complex, multi-source datasets into actionable insights for AI training and precision medicine applications
  • Assess the quality, accuracy, and scientific validity of AI-generated outputs across healthcare and life sciences domains
  • Collaborate with clinical researchers, data scientists, and engineering teams to align data strategy with project goals
  • Communicate findings clearly across scientific and non-scientific stakeholders
  • Apply your expertise in data governance and regulatory standards to ensure integrity across datasets
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
  • Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful scientific or clinical insights
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
  • Detail-oriented and systematic — you hold your work to rigorous scientific standards
  • Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without close supervision

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
  • Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical decision support systems
  • Familiarity with precision medicine frameworks, EHR systems, or multi-omics data platforms
  • Experience communicating complex data findings to clinical or executive audiences

Why Join Us

  • Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside leading research labs and AI teams
  • Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you
  • Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, high-impact project work
  • Apply your scientific expertise to AI development that could shape the future of healthcare
  • Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
