What You'll Do
- Design, oversee, and optimize data pipelines that integrate genomics, clinical records, biomarkers, and other healthcare datasets into unified analytics platforms
- Lead analytical strategies that transform complex, integrated datasets into actionable insights for precision medicine, clinical decision support, and advanced research initiatives
- Collaborate with clinicians, researchers, and technical teams to ensure data quality, regulatory alignment, and governance best practices
- Translate highly technical findings into clear, meaningful outputs for diverse stakeholder audiences
- Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs related to healthcare and genomics data
Who You Are
- Experienced working with large-scale healthcare, genomic, or life sciences datasets in analytics or data leadership roles
- Strong background in data integration, data governance, and translating complex datasets into meaningful insights for scientific or clinical audiences
- Skilled at working cross-functionally with clinical, research, and engineering teams in regulated or highly technical environments
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and comfortable operating independently in an asynchronous, remote setting
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA guidelines)
- Background in bioinformatics, translational research, or clinical informatics
