About the role
Maintain required Operator Authorization(s)
Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings and specs
Set up and perform complex precision inspections
Apply GD&T (ANSI Y14.5) to confirm accuracy
Partner with engineering to develop inspection techniques
Conduct first piece and first article inspections (AS9102)
Help identify root causes and support process improvement
Operate CMMs and other precision inspection tools
Manage customer source inspection visits and documentation
Responsibilities
- Maintain required Operator Authorization(s)

Qualifications
- Expertise in precision inspection and geometric dimensioning
- Hands-on experience with inspection tools and CMMs
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to read complex drawings
- Team-first attitude and clear communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
