About the role

The Precision CNC Setter–Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines including Haas VMC and turning centers. The role involves precise adjustments and monitoring of machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as Haas VMC and turning centers.
• Adjust machine parameters to meet production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with CNC machines and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Haas VMC and turning centers.
• Knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code).
• Basic understanding of metrology and inspection techniques.
