Precision CNC Machinist — Mill & Lathe Operations

About the role

Precision CNC Machinists are needed to operate milling machines and lathes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production.
• Use measuring tools to inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
• Perform setup and adjustments on machines as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining.
• Proficiency with CNC milling and lathe operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAM software (optional).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system (optional).
