About the role
Precision CNC Machinists are needed to operate milling machines and lathes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate part production.
- Use measuring tools to inspect parts for conformance to specifications.
- Perform setup and adjustments on machines as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Proficiency with CNC milling and lathe operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Experience with CAM software (optional).
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system (optional).
