Precast Operator

Responsibilities

• Manufacturing quality product
• Create batches
• Load, pack, and unload production safely
• Perform general duties as assigned

Requirements

• Self-motivated, hard-working, dependable
• Team player, enjoys working with their hands
• Ability to perform manual labor, standing, squatting, walking, lifting up to 50lbs., and with manual dexterity
• Experience operating air tools
• At least 2 years of working in manufacturing and/or construction
• Good math skills
• Basic metrology knowledge
• Excellent work ethic and attendance
• Safety-oriented and detail-focused team member
• Attention to detail and precision in tasks
• Computer skills
• Work in confined space environment and at floor level
• Knowledge in operating overhead cranes (a plus)
• Ship finished product as needed and ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Experience using grinder, scraper, and other industrial tools
