Precast Concrete Laborer

What Will You Do?

• Produce landscape and bin blocks, ensuring high quality production.
• Strip, pull, clean, reset, and pour concrete blocks.
• Keep track of inventory, ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Ensure orders are loaded correctly for deliveries and pickups.
• Load deliveries for the next day.
• Pour left-overs from returning trucks.
• Check and maintain equipment.
• Maintain forms in good working order.

Requirements - Who Are We Looking For?

• Previous experience working with ready mix and precast concrete preferred.
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
• Team Mindset - "The NESL Way": Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
• Capable and willing to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.
• A High School Graduate/GED.
• Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards, preferred.
• A valid CDL is a plus.
