About the role
The Community Based Pre-Voc Program in Slingerlands, NY is seeking a full-time, 35-hour Pre-Voc Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to people participating in the Community Based Pre-Voc program.
- Teach and assist individuals to obtain and maintain job readiness and work skills essential to their successful employment.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license meeting WWAARC insurability standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- No prior experience necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong flexibility and organizational skills.

Pay and Schedule
- Rate of pay: $20.00 per hour + longevity.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-3:00pm.
- Non-exempt position.
