Pretreatment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of pretreatment operators/mechanics
• Oversee daily pre-treatment sampling, testing, and documentation
• Maintain compliance with pretreatment discharge limits
• Cookordination with wastewater supervisors
• Order chemicals, supplies, and parts
• Support operations across all shifts; weekends as needed
• Work in hot/cold environments; heavy lifting required

Qualifications

• Pretreatment or wastewater experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to obtain wastewater/pretreatment license within one year
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• A high sense of urgency; able to perform under stress
• A flexible schedule
