Responsibilities
- Introduce children ages 2-9 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions
- Build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity
- Manage groups of 6-10 children effectively
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership
- Create a fun and positive learning environment
Requirements
- Reliable & Responsible
- Arrive on time and prepared for every session
- Effectively manage groups of 6-10 children
- Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership
- Energetic & Engaging
- Enjoy being active, enthusiastic, and encouraging
- Comfortable being silly, imaginative, and interactive with young children
- Create a fun and positive learning environment
- Professional Friendly, approachable, and dependable
- Represent Soccer Shots positively at all locations
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Experience working with young children is strongly preferred
- Teaching, coaching, childcare, camp counseling, or education experience is a plus
- Soccer experience is helpful but not required
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to locations throughout Southwest Chicagoland
- Daily access to a smartphone and internet
- Ability to pass a background check
