Soccer Shots DuPage County is looking for enthusiastic coaches to join our team this fall! Our coaches introduce children ages 2-8 to soccer through engaging, age-appropriate sessions that build confidence, character, and a love for physical activity. No soccer coaching experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive paid training and all the tools you need to be successful. Our curriculum is designed by early childhood education specialists and soccer professionals to create a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate experience for every child. What We're Looking For Reliable & Responsible Arrive on time and prepared for every sessionEffectively manage groups of 5-10 childrenCommunicate professionally with families, school staff, and Soccer Shots leadership Energetic & Engaging Enjoy being active, enthusiastic, and encouragingComfortable being silly, imaginative, and interactive with young childrenCreate a fun and positive learning environment Professional Friendly, approachable, and dependableRepresents Soccer Shots positively at all locationsMaintains a professional appearance and attitude Experienced with Children Experience working with young children is strongly preferredTeaching, coaching, childcare, camp counseling, or education experience is a plusSoccer experience is helpful but not required Requirements Must be at least 18 years oldReliable transportation to locations throughout DuPage CountyDaily access to a smartphone and internetAbility to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and medical screening in accordance with DCFS requirementsAbility to work weekday afternoons (approximately 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM) The Best Coaches in the Business Every Soccer Shots coach completes our comprehensive training and certification process.
