Job/Person Summary
The Oasis Academy Lord's Hill Pre-School is seeking a committed and driven practitioner to join their team. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience and understanding to support families facing challenges, align with the EYFS, and foster positive relationships with parents.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of the principles of working in a preschool setting
- Experience in working with children with special, educational needs and disabilities
- Understanding of children's development and needs
- Ability to work with parents and encourage their involvement
- Calm and adaptable with an ability to work within a flexible and busy environment
- Good oral and written communication skills

Requirements
The successful candidate will:
- Have some experience in working with children with special, educational needs and disabilities
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS and how to best deliver it
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of the principles of working in a preschool setting

Pay
The salary range for this position is £19,000 - £21,000 per annum.
Schedule
The successful candidate will work 28 hours per week, with a working pattern to be discussed at interview.
