What You'll Do
- Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery conversations and uncover the underlying business challenges prospects are trying to solve.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Oktopost capabilities with real marketing and revenue outcomes.
- Translate prospect requirements into practical solution designs that show how Oktopost fits within their existing martech stack.
- Explain integrations, APIs, and data flows in clear business terms to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Prototype simple automation or AI enabled workflows that demonstrate how Oktopost data can support reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes.
- Lead technical validation stages including architecture discussions, integration questions, and security reviews.
- Support RFP responses and security questionnaires in collaboration with Product, Security, and Customer Success teams.
- Provide competitive insight and help position Oktopost effectively during the evaluation process.
- Maintain feedback loops with Product and Product Marketing to continuously improve messaging, collateral, and solution positioning.
- Participate in regular sales strategy and pipeline discussions to stay aligned on priorities and deal progression.
What We're Looking For
- 2-6 years of experience in a pre sales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience delivering compelling software demonstrations in enterprise sales processes.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and modern B2B marketing workflows.
- Able to ask insightful discovery questions and translate business challenges into solution approaches.
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and CMOs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, business-focused language.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot.
- Practical understanding of APIs, integrations, and how data flows between systems.
- Experience working with enterprise procurement processes including security and data privacy discussions.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate across sales, product, and customer success teams.
A Plus If You Have
- Experience working with marketing analytics or BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Curiosity and hands-on experimentation with modern AI tools that support marketing insights or workflow automation.
