Pre-Sales Engineer
About the role
Fidelity Labs is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to join Saifr, focusing on enhancing and scaling Saifr's B2B SaaS RegTech application for financial services. This role will work across sales, product, compliance, marketing, data science, and development teams to support and improve SaaS applications.
Responsibilities
- Help lead and facilitate the pre-sales process of demoing the Saifr product to prospects, gathering prospect requirements, and partnering closely with sales to close deals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, technology, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions for business problems.
- Act as an enthusiastic face of Saifr, passionate about listening to prospects and helping them solve pain points/problems.
- Bring curiosity and a questioning mindset to work, asking about the 'why' and the 'value of new features/improvements to the platform.
- Actively participate in formal presentations to various management levels.
- Willingness to travel to conferences/trade shows and represent Saifr.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or equivalent in a related field.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and passionate about being client-facing.
- Skills and experience in relationship building, client-facing roles, product demonstrations, and/or business analysis.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is confident, independent, and can work without close supervision.
- Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong contributor with a collaborative work style.
- Technology savvy.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, as well as strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to network and establish links across multiple groups.
- Desire to be an involved member of an organization committed to innovation and continuous improvement.
- Can organize and present ideas and information logically and concisely to various audiences, including technical and non-technical individuals.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $66,000-125,000 USD per year, with placement varying based on job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model, with onsite expectations likely to evolve as the rollout continues. Note that this transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
