Pre-Sales Analyst

About the role

YouLend is a leading global embedded finance platform helping businesses access fast, flexible funding through partners like eBay, Amazon, Grubhub, Shift4, and Stripe. We are expanding rapidly across the US and are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Analyst to join our Atlanta funding team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of YouLend's products, financing solutions, and partner ecosystem to effectively support merchant relationships.
• Serve as the main point of contact for analyzing a merchant's bank statements to identify and quantify revenue streams.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Risk, and Operations to help further streamline the funding process.
• Prioritize workload effectively to manage a high volume of deals while maintaining accuracy and a customer-first mindset.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and initiative.
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to work.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial systems or CRM tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a funding, finance, or operations role is an advantage but not required.
