Joint Machine Processor
- Grind and prepare cannabis for pre-roll production
- Operate rolling machines and assist with hand-rolled products
- Sift material and ensure consistency for production
- Perform quality checks to ensure accurate weights and standards
- Track production output, inventory, and daily totals by strain
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas
- Collaborate with leads to meet production goals and deadlines
- Support training, R&D, and other processing departments as needed
Pay and Schedule
Pay: $17.13 / hour
Schedule: Consistent Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week
Requirements
- Age: Must be 21+ years old (State I-502 regulatory requirement)
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent practical work experience
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably navigate stairs or elevated warehouse mezzanines throughout the shift
