The Opportunity
This role is designed for attorneys who want meaningful responsibility, direct client impact, and hands-on case ownership. You will work with a highly experienced team known for results, credibility, and leverage — factors that directly contribute to stronger settlements and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume docket of pre-litigation employment matters
- Serve as primary client contact and maintain consistent, high-quality client communication
- Conduct case evaluations, strategy development, and risk/value assessments
- Draft demand packages and pre-litigation submissions
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediations
- Prepare matters for litigation handoff when necessary
- Handle a limited number of cases that proceed into litigation, as assigned
Requirements
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
- 1–5 years of legal experience (employment law preferred)
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Excellent writing and negotiation ability
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a large caseload
- Business-minded approach to case valuation and resolution
- Litigation experience is a plus but not required
