Pre-Litigation Attorney

About the role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their team. You are expected to work with clients and staff to discuss and resolve cases, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn client trust, confidence, and respect. Provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands, offers and negotiate claims. The work is office-based and requires little to no travel or litigation work.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of Pre-Litigation experience
• Must be a member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
• Must have experience in knowing how to evaluate claims
• Must have superb negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving
• Team-oriented

Compensation

Salary: $50K to $80K plus top of the market commission plan and referral fees. Entry level candidates will be considered.
