We are a plaintiff personal injury firm dedicated to supporting our clients throughout Texas. We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our prestigious legal firm. This position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury, either plaintiff or defense.

Responsibilities

• Managing and overseeing a large caseload of pre-litigation cases.
• Analyzing and organizing case files, and conducting legal research to support case preparation.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and agreements.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on pre-litigation matters.
• Collaborating with our team of attorneys and paralegals to develop effective legal strategies.
• Representing clients in pre-litigation negotiations and mediations.
• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that affect pre-litigation practices.
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in all dealings.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in the legal industry, with a focus on pre-litigation cases.
• A current license to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large caseloads and organizing case files.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Proficiency in legal research and the ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Pay

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
