Pre-litigation Associate (Personal Injury)

About the role

The Associate Attorney will handle personal injury cases in a pre-litigation setting, focusing on high-value claims such as wrongful death, catastrophic injury, prem liability, dog bites, and other personal injury type cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through settlement
• Work closely with case managers, assistants, and internal departments
• Communicate strategy and updates to clients and opposing counsel
• Attend hearings and support case resolution efforts
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop pre-litigation strategy

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines
• Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Spanish bilingual is a strong plus
