Pre-Licensed Therapist (Remote California)

About the role

The Pre-Licensed Therapist will work closely with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver evidence-based treatments such as FBT, CBT-AR, and CBT-E. Responsibilities include providing therapy, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Completion of Master’s degree or doctoral degree in mental health field and being associate license-eligible or in process of obtaining associate license in California (e.g., marriage and family therapy, social work, professional counseling, psychology).
• Ability to support patients of all ages, backgrounds, and cultures with varying degrees of acuity.
• Passion for evidence-based care and treatment.
• Strong team player with passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential Range: $70,500 to $75,000 annually.

Work From Home

• $50/month stipend for home internet expenses.
• Initial work-from-home stipend of up to $500.
• Reload of $200 on the home office stipend at the 3-year mark and every other year after that (year 5, year 7, etc.).
