About the Role
We are looking for a therapist who can evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes, as well as proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan
- Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week for Full-Time status
- Cook up services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)
Requirements
- Candidates are required to be registered with DORA as licensed mental health professionals (LSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) with a valid state of Colorado license
- Required experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients
- Ability to complete documentation of services in a timely manner
- Comfort working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
