Responsibilities
- Drive results using data to inform instruction
- Inspire, engage, and empower students and families
- Establish and maintain a culture of high expectations
- Build effective relationships with students, families, and peers
- Ensure fidelity to curriculum, instructional excellence, and best practices in assessment
Qualifications
- Certification/License: Appropriate CT State Certification
- Education: Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Experience: At least three years of teaching experience at the intermediate elementary and middle school levels
