- Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, parents, and faculty members
- Addresses stressful situations professionally while multitasking to ensure smooth school operations
- Lifts up to 50 lbs. as needed for program facilitation, child safety, and potential emergencies
- Maintains background check eligibility
Requirements
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of previous experience preferred
