Pre-K Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a part-time PreK teacher at our Concord location for 15-18 hours per week during the school year. Preferred hours are 9:00-12:00, Monday through Friday, with separate planning time.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum to help prepare children for entering public school.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the NH Kindergarten Readiness Indicators and the NH Early Learning guidelines
• Knowledge of NH Child Care Licensing regulations
• Associate's degree, or the equivalent in credits or experience, in early childhood education
• Knowledge of play-based curriculum and strong class management skills
• Energy, patience, and a good sense of humor
• Reliable

• Willingness to interact with area public schools as needed to best meet the needs of the child
