Pre-k Lead Teacher - SIGN ON BONUS

About the role

The Malvern School is seeking a Lead Teacher for its Pre-K classroom. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, and implements a superior Early Childhood Educational program in accordance with school policies and The Malvern School philosophy.
• Maintains a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class.
• Communicates regularly with parents, in person and through technology, meeting or exceeding parent expectations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field.
• Or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 1 year of experience with children.
• Or an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 2 years of experience with children.
• Or an associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, including 30 credit hours in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field, and 3 years of experience with children.

$750 Sign-on Bonus: $250 with first paycheck, and the remaining $500 after 90-days of employment.
