PRE-K Lead Teacher

About This Role We are seeking a full-time teacher who is a team player with strong communication skills, passionate about children, and dedicated to instilling a love for learning. What You'll Do Join our amazing team and provide developmental care and supervision to children at the center. As a Golden Path Academy Lead Teacher, you will implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that foster growth and development. You will also establish and maintain positive relationships with children, co-teachers, and parents, modeling excellent childcare practices. Additional responsibilities include: Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of your studentsMaintain a safe and organized classroom environmentTrack individual child development and complete bi-annual progress reportsBuild and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communicationUtilize a school-provided application to stay connected with parents throughout the day Requirements Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have fulfilled a high school program or the equivalentMust meet one of the following requirements:Have a bachelor's degree in a child-related fieldHave 3 months of program experience and an early childhood certificate or CDA.Have 6 months of supervised program experience and 24 hours of approved training.Have 48 semester hours of college credit, with at least 12 hours in child-related subjects, and one year of program experience.
