About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the mission of Carlow University.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs that align with Carlow University's mission and values.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance teaching methods and student learning outcomes.
- Oversee curriculum development and assessment processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with alumni and industry partners to foster professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational experience for students.
Requirements
- A Master's degree in Education or related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in higher education administration or teaching.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with technology integration in education.
