About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting the mission of Carlow University.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with Carlow University's mission and values.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance teaching methods and student learning outcomes.
  • Oversee curriculum development and assessment processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with alumni and industry partners to foster professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational experience for students.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in higher education administration or teaching.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with technology integration in education.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a diverse and inclusive environment.
  • Knowledge of best practices in educational technology.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay
