Pre-ETS Paraprofessional

About the role

The Pre-ETS Paraprofessional is responsible for supporting the educational team in providing a safe and inclusive learning environment for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classroom management and student engagement activities.
• Support students with individualized learning plans and accommodations.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to promote student success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification or ability to obtain within one year.
• Experience working with students with special needs is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and criminal history review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.

Pay

$30.00 per hour.

Schedule

Mondays through Fridays, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
