R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a Pre-Clerk in our Portland, OR Service Center.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system
• Redirect calls to appropriate contacts
• Data entry
• Process driver paperwork
• Assist dispatchers
• Other duties as requested by management

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency
• Type 30 WPM with accuracy
• Dependable and well-organized
• Computer literate
• Strong office, telephone, and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and other Microsoft products

Qualifications

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience as a clerk or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred: Freight logistics experience

Pay

Starting at $20.42 per hour

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, Various Shifts
