Pre-Apprenticeship & Apprenticeship Program Coordinator (Grant-Funded, 2-Year Position)

About the Role

Coordinates the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of pre-apprenticeship and apprenticeship programs that prepare participants for employment, registered apprenticeships, and further education.

Serves as the primary liaison among participants, employers, community organizations, workforce partners, and internal college departments to support recruitment, career navigation, employer engagement, and successful program outcomes.

Ensures compliance with grant, institutional, and U.S. Department of Labor reporting requirements while fostering strategic partnerships and supporting the growth of workforce development initiatives.
