Quad in Lomira is seeking a candidate for our Pre-Apprentice Mechanical Maintenance Trainee program. Career paths provide a glimpse into a world-class maintenance environment while completing related classes.

Training Includes
- Safety & Operations: OSHA standards, tools, and equipment operation
- Mechanical Systems: Bearings, belts, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, motors
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics: System components, troubleshooting, repair
- Installation & Setup: Rigging, alignment, equipment start-up
- Maintenance: Preventive and predictive diagnostics
- Machining & Fabrication: Shop equipment, welding, and basic metalwork
Program Details
- 8,000-hour structured apprenticeship
- Includes paid related instruction
- Hands-on mentoring in a manufacturing environment
Pay
The wage range for this position is $18 - $25/hr, depending on experience.
