About the role

Hourly contract position, $112/hr, fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Complete specialized legal tasks and structured workflows based on provided prompts.
• Analyze complex legal subject matter to produce accurate, high-quality responses.
• Draft responses and structure legal arguments using provided materials.
• Document your legal reasoning and methodological approach for each assigned task.

Requirements

• Professional experience in a specialized legal domain or active legal practice; practicing attorneys, legal scholars, paralegals, specialized consultants and compliance experts are welcome.
• Demonstrable experience navigating complex legal subject matter and drafting professional legal documentation.
• Comfortable completing rigorous legal reasoning and analysis tasks independently.
• Familiarity with tracking work hours through remote software tools.
