Practice Supervisor Pediatric Urology

Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinic staff in collaboration with the Practice Manager, fostering a positive team environment where everyone can thrive
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining adequate staffing coverage, proper workflows, and efficient resource allocation
• Champion patient-centered care by addressing patient concerns promptly and ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint
• Maintain compliance with all Banner Health policies, procedures, and state regulatory requirements
• Manage daily operations including scheduling, timecard administration, billing oversight, and inventory control
• Facilitate communication between staff, providers, and leadership to ensure seamless coordination
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions

Qualifications

• Requires a level of literacy, communication and math skills as normally demonstrated at the level of an Associate’s Degree
• Certain assignments may require current certification as a Medical Assistant, Nursing Assistant or current LPN license
• Requires a level of knowledge and ability normally demonstrated by at least two years experience in a physician's office or medical environment
• Requires excellent communication and organizational skills

Shift/Hours Of Operation

Clinic hours are M-TH 7:30-5:30 and Friday 8a-5p. Shift hours are Monday-Friday, 8a-5p.
