Practice Specialist II

About the role

Scheduling appointments and registering patients to support the clinical practice. Provide excellent customer service and complete a variety of duties associated with daily operations. Provide back up support for Practice Specialist I.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• One year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting

Preferred:

• Two-year experience in a customer service role or healthcare setting
• Experience working with practice management software including scheduling and registration
