Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain reimbursement timeline, including tracking deadlines for deliverables.
  • Develop and manage budget.
  • Schedule people and material resources.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional resources.
  • Ensure reimbursement data and progress are reported to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and dissemination of claims data.
  • Cook up and create development of materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports.
  • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive databases and files related to the program.
  • Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events.
  • Create and oversee training for Billing, Collections, and Reimbursement employees.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Cook up and manage activities, including acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
  • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum Required Experience: 8 years experience in multi-payer physician reimbursement with equivalent size scope. 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience within an academic medical setting preferred.
