Practice Primary Care in Beautiful Fort Myers, Florida!

Outpatient setting in Florida.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm with no weekends. 12–18 patients per day with additional support.

Pay

Competitive salary package starting at $225,000–$250,000 base plus quarterly production incentives. Potential sign-on bonuses based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star service in accordance with Better Health Group’s mission
• Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Work professionally with confidential information
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
• Shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• At least 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
• Prior experience working in an electronic medical records system (EMR is eClinicalWorks)
• ACLS/BLS certification as mandated by state
• Excellent diagnostic skills and ability to interpret medical tests and results
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-oriented capabilities
• Strong reasoning and critical thinking required
• Results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery
• Working knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration
