Practice Operations Coordinator - Neurology

Responsibilities

• Captures operations for hospital based neurology, neurocritical care, and teleneurology practices.
• Collaborates with senior leadership, physicians, and APPs to coordinate schedules, manage vendor relationships, and handle billing.
• Participates in process improvement projects related to operations, revenue cycle, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required.
• Minimum Experience: Three (3) years of medical office, healthcare, or related experience required. If no degree, a total of six (6) years of experience required.
• Licensure/Certification: By Law, none required.
• Additional Qualifications: Proficiency with EPIC, Microsoft applications, Kronos, QGenda, and Tableau (web version) is preferred.
