Practice Manager, SAMF Breast Care & Outpatient Imaging Center

About the role

Reporting to the Practice Administrator, this position is responsible for daily operations at the clinic site managing the front and back-office activities, as well as provider relations. This position is responsible for workflow functions, outcomes, customer satisfaction and quality measures within the clinic space.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily work queues to ensure correct billing and registration edits
• Manage physician schedules to include office and procedure/surgical schedules
• Build all provider templates
• Create and maintain group call and emergency department call schedules
• Direct and coordinate services and related activities, including developing and supervising programs and staff for the maximum utilization of services and equipment
• Arrange internal office moves and provide arrangements for office meetings
• Work with Saint Agnes leadership to ensure quality care and a positive patient experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare related field with six (6) years of related experience OR Associate's degree in Business or Healthcare related field with eight (8) years of related experience
• Two (2) years of supervisor/manager experience
• Valid California driver's license
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead a team
• Proven ability to organize and manage workload
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
• Ability to handle matters with strict confidentiality

Pay
