Practice Manager (RN) | Full Time

About the role

The Practice Manager at Peterson Health is responsible for managing outpatient medical clinics in one or more locations. They provide leadership to all staff, ensure quality medical care, manage medical supplies, and work closely with various stakeholders to maintain patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of outpatient medical clinics
• Provide leadership to all staff
• Ensure quality medical care
• Manage availability of medical supplies
• Work closely with the Director of Operations, Administrative team, physicians, advanced practice providers, staff, and patients
• Assure satisfaction and efficiency
• Carry out all duties while maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Unrestricted Texas license as a registered nurse and certified in Basic Life Support
• At least one to three years of experience working in the office of a clinic or similar healthcare related facility

Preferred Skills

• EMR (electronic medical record) experience
• Change management experience
