Practice Manager - Plastic Surgery/Oculoplastic/Dermatology (Full-Time)
About the role
A day in the life of a Practice Manager: Manages, coordinates and directs the overall operational activities of assigned department(s) including multiple site locations. Works closely with the physicians and administrative directors in assuming accountability for maintaining high-quality cost-effective services. Hires, orients, supervises, evaluates performance, disciplines and terminates staff. Maintains awareness of applicable laws and/or regulations affecting the clinic and assures compliance. Participates in strategic and long-range planning. Promotes a positive, professional image of the organization internally and externally. Assumes accountability for enhancing own knowledge through professional associations, journals, workshops, in-services, etc. to pro-actively keep updated on potential issues affecting the clinic. Maintains awareness of applicable laws and/or regulations and remains current on changes. Recognizes implications of applicable laws and/or regulations to the clinic and implements or recommends courses of action to ensure compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or health care related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 years previous supervisory experience in a medical setting preferred.
