Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations (scheduling, patient flow, staff coverage)
  • Supervise front desk, medical assistants, and support staff
  • Handle hiring, training, and performance management
  • Track KPIs (revenue, retention, utilization)
  • Oversee billing, payments, and basic financials
  • Ensure compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, NY regulations)
  • Maintain strong client experience and resolve issues
  • Manage EMR, CRM, scheduling, and clinic systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of healthcare or med spa management experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience with EMR/CRM systems
  • Able to manage staff, operations, and performance metrics

Nice to Have

  • Med spa, dermatology, or wellness experience
  • Experience with memberships or sales
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
