Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations (scheduling, patient flow, staff coverage)
- Supervise front desk, medical assistants, and support staff
- Handle hiring, training, and performance management
- Track KPIs (revenue, retention, utilization)
- Oversee billing, payments, and basic financials
- Ensure compliance (HIPAA, OSHA, NY regulations)
- Maintain strong client experience and resolve issues
- Manage EMR, CRM, scheduling, and clinic systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of healthcare or med spa management experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR/CRM systems
- Able to manage staff, operations, and performance metrics
Nice to Have
- Med spa, dermatology, or wellness experience
- Experience with memberships or sales
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
