Practice Manager II, Norton Children's Medical Group Orthopedics Days 8a-430p

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of one or more physician offices with a minimum of 30 FTEs and 8 or more providers.
• Provide leadership, management, and evaluation of all office employees.
• Serve as a liaison to Staff Physicians, providing feedback to the Director/System Director of Physician Services for problem solving and evaluations.
• Ensure the delivery of competent and efficient patient care through appropriate coordination of practice services.
• Provide guidance in the attainment of practice goals and promote teamwork among all personnel to ensure standards for clinical outcomes and regulatory compliance are met on an ongoing basis.
• May assist in direct patient care activities, utilizing age-appropriate principles of growth and development for patients of all ages according to the practice specialty.

Qualifications

• Master Degree plus two-year fellowship program OR Bachelor Degree and three years supervisory experience
• Five years supervisory experience without required degree
