Practice Manager II

About the role

Provides quality management oversight in the areas of access, financial performance, clinical effectiveness, and patient, physician, and employee satisfaction to ensure successful clinic operations and maximum quality patient care.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This position is authorized for 80 hours bi-weekly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field preferred
• Minimum 4+ years of management experience or advancement from Practice Manager I after 2 years in the system, with the last two consecutive evaluations rated “exceeds” or above
• Proven financial management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership ability
• Knowledge of clinic operations, including billing/coding, accounting, and medical software systems
